Complete A Self-Evaluation Form

You can create your own self evaluation based on your own goals for yourself, or follow our template below. General rule of thumb to ensure the best results from your evaluation is to fill out a form for the first 21 clients you have. This is usually a great way to start off your New Year goals by reviewing your first 21 clients of the year– but you can start it anytime. Next, you can hand them off to your supervisor or management so they can give you insight from an outside perspective other than your own. Accepting feedback from peers in your establishment is a great way to grow as a professional. No matter how long you have worked in your field– there will always be ways to improve. 

Ask Tough Questions To Challenge Yourself

• Did your client purchase products? Why or why not?
• Was there more that you could have done to compel them to do so?
• Did you explain the steps of your routine or benefits of your products well enough for your client to understand and trust your insight?
• Are your clients returning?
• Can you do more as a Skincare Professional to get clients to rebook again with you? 

Push yourself a little more each time, who knows what kind of results you may see in your work.
